Frequently asked questions
Is Pictorem an approved Etsy production partner?
Yes. Etsy allows sellers to work with a production partner for physical goods. Declare Pictorem as your production partner on your listings and you are compliant with Etsy policy.
Do you ship with my Etsy shop name on the parcel?
Yes. Every order ships white label: your logo on the packing slip and the label, no invoice and no mention of Pictorem anywhere in the box.
Is the Etsy tracking number updated automatically?
Tracking is recorded on the order in your Pictorem account as soon as it ships, so you can complete the shipment on Etsy and trigger the buyer notification.
How long before an order ships?
Canvas and paper prints usually ship within 4 working days, and acrylic, metal, wood and puzzle prints within 6. Set your Etsy processing time accordingly.
Can I sell the same artwork on Etsy and on my own store?
Yes. There is no exclusivity. Publish the same gallery to Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and your Pictorem gallery at the same time if you want.
