Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Which HTTP method is required?

All authenticated API calls must use the POST method. GET requests are not supported for authenticated endpoints.

Q. Are there daily or monthly quotas in addition to the per-minute limit?

No. Currently, the only quota enforced is 120 requests per minute. There are no daily or monthly limits.

Q. What happens if I send a request without a valid API key?

The server returns an HTTP 401 response with an Access Denied error message.

Q. Do you have any sandbox account ?

If you are using an API key with no payment associated to this API, any order placed will not be billed and will remain under quote. So you can place as many orders and also delete them on your account page.

Q. How do I authenticate my API requests?

All requests must be sent via HTTP POST and include your API key in the ArtFlowKey request header.
