How it works
BigCommerce lets you create store-level API accounts, which is all the Pictorem connection needs. Create an account with the right scopes, copy your store hash and access token into Pictorem, and your storefront is connected — no app to install and no theme change.
Your artwork is then published as BigCommerce products with print type and size as variant options, priced the way you want. Paid orders are imported for production, and when the parcel ships we create the shipment on your BigCommerce order with the carrier and tracking number attached.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install an app from the BigCommerce marketplace?
No. The connection uses a store API account you create yourself, so there is nothing to install and nothing to approve in the marketplace.
Which API scopes should I grant?
Modify rights on Products and on Orders, which lets us create your listings, import paid orders and post shipments with tracking back to the order.
Where do I find my store hash?
It is the short code in your BigCommerce control panel address, in the part that reads store/your-store-hash.
Can I use my own product descriptions?
Yes. Everything we publish is a normal BigCommerce product — edit the title, description, images and price whenever you like.
