Richard Kehmeier 's career has taken him to many places beyond the borders of the United States and into places tourists rarely visit, from the high Andes in South America, to the high arctic in Canada, to the glaciers of Greenland, and to the deserts of Namibia. His knowledge of nature and his training in geology has given him a Unique Perspective that is expressed in his photography from sweeping landscapes to delicate macro photos of flowers, birds, and insects.
