Did you know entering a painting is akin to passing through a mystical state of being? The artist offers the viewer a newly arranged perspective on reality, comprehended by both our senses and our subliminal imagination. This experience places us in a realm that exists between the familiar, conscious world of daily life and the mysterious, less conscious world of nature.
Through the creation of these paintings featuring horses in a landscape, my aim is to present a "vision" that nurtures the heart. Although these pieces take considerable time to complete, the act of painting seems to make time stand still or at least slow its pace. When I finish one, I look at it in surprise!
