Marc Bistricer is a talented squash player. He was exposed to the sport from his parents at age 12 and has become what tournament directors would want in their events: a lively competitor with plenty of charisma, who can make even referees question calls.
Marc Bistricer is one of several Canadians inside the top 100 in the World Rankings, and has been on Tour since 2008. He made two consecutive quarter-finals in 2014, at the National Squash Academy Open and Costa Rica Open de Squash; came third at MAA Invitational 2017; runner-up finish at Ottawa Goodlife open 2018.
In the same year, Marc Bistricer made semi-finals of both the Cleveland Skating Club Open and Tree Brewing Kelowna Open. That same year, he secured his first career title at Mount Royal University when he won their open. He went on to win a second title in 2020 - this time from Kiva Club where he is now an active member again after having previously retired.
Marc Bistricer is an amateur painter and professional squash player. His abstract paintings come from his heart. They express emotion as a visual language, using pure color and expressive marks to connect people with each other. They are both spiritual and moving.
