I am Luke Bilas, a Dutch artist and I have been for more then 30 years
In my studio close to Amsterdam I'm always busy creating new artworks on a daily basis, the classical style I use for my art appeals to me enormously.
The classic lighting and look combined with modern techniques help to create a calm but powerful image.
By playing with light I try to bring out the beauty in everyday subjects, something we just might pass by in the rush of life.
By pausing at an artwork that touches, you often realize that life should be about enjoyment and beauty, we are all too often consumed by our self-created realities.
I create art for your walls that hopefully speaks to you, touches you and makes your house a warmer home.
