Anjuna Sainath is a watercolor artist, originally from India and now based in sunny Singapore.
She is an ex-IT professional and a homemaker and started her art journey in 2014 after her elder one started primary school. She has explored various art media, beginning with pencils, color pencils and charcoals, moving on to oils and pastels before discovering watercolors which is now her preferred medium. Her paintings are inspired by nature and human life. The play of light, expressions or emotions in a scene are what inspire her to paint it. She is currently serving as a member of the Singapore Watercolour Society.
