My paintings are an intricate weaving of the elements of Impressionist masters like Monet and Post-impressionist artist Van Gogh. Each piece inspired by the vastness, splendor and beauty of nature and the outdoors. Exemplifying the medium’s pure expressive potential to transform the visible world by creating movement using intense complementary colors and layered energetic brush strokes. I desire to create a pictorial symphony that immerses the viewer in a visually stimulating, playful and dreamlike viewing experience. Each landscape focuses on the philosophy to be transformed, uplifted and tap into the subconscious by conveying a sense of comfort for the mind to wander the horizon of the image, reflect and meditate.
