Inspiré par la technique classique flamande, je m'applique rigoureusement à la grisaille et aux glaçures, méthodes qui me permettent de construire mes œuvres avec une richesse de détails intéressants. Ensuite, j'incorpore les vibrations et les formes colorées de l'impressionnisme dans ma palette pour que la précision et l'effervescence du mouvement cohabitent sur une même toile. Cette combinaison crée une tension visuelle, une harmonie en contraste qui invite le spectateur à l'introspection. Au cœur de cette scène pittoresque se trouve une dame âgée dont les mains agiles et expérimentées tissent lintimité féminine au fil de leurs mouvements. Malgré les marques du temps qui se lisent sur son visage concentré son savoir-faire demeure intemporel. Elle coud des sous-vêtements féminins pièce par pièce avec une précision qui défie son âge. Entre ses doigts naissent tant des soutien-gorge sexy évoquant une audace discrète ainsi que des modèles plus classiques symboles dune élégance éternelle. Lartiste a su saisir lessence de cette profession artisanale rendant hommage à ces femmes qui dans lombre de ces ruelles ont habillé les rêves et les secrets des dames de leur temps. Chaque détail de lœuvre raconte une histoire de passion et de dévouement à lart de la couture. La Couturière est un tableau vibrant de réalisme et de nostalgie une fenêtre ouverte sur un monde à la fois perdu et merveilleusement préservé par la peinture.
