After studying video editing, graphic design, and broadcast design, Chris Soto has taken a slight detour and decided to share his static visual art (more photography coming soon). He sometimes mixes sculpture with his digital art, as he still has an appreciation for manipulation of physical media and found objects. Some of his works give attention to the frustration, fatigue, and anger from the unfortunate lows and darkness in life while demonstrating his appreciation for science fiction, dark music, and his surrounding landscapes.

ABOUT THIS ARTWORK: OURS NOW
This work captures how I've been feeling about my life, and uncertain future. There is a terror of being pulled into the darkness, the unknown, never to be seen again or possibly evolve into something else. A humanoid skull with glowing blue eyes creates an intense, haunting gaze. Elongated, structured tendrils that twist and extend through and around the being, further emphasize its ethereal and otherworldly appearance. Shades of blue hint at an inner radiance, soon to be extinguished. A fusion of skeletal form with a spectral presence, presented in a style that conveys a chilling and mysterious atmosphere.
