Professional photographer, I am based in the beautiful Reunion Island. There they say, where God rests in winter! I am also available everywhere in France and abroad. My object here is not so much to tell you about my journey or what I have achieved in my life as a photographer and creative Director, but rather to reveal to you how the image imposes itself on me and more especially photography. The Photo is one of the most authentic means of communication in our modern age. Of course, it's very easy to falsify or take an image out of context, that's not how I envision my profession as a photographer! In my eyes, a fixed image must in an instant with what it carries within it, provide a sensation, an emotion, represent the reality of a situation or express the evidence of a moment of life, the truth! Regardless of the subject photographed, a portrait, a landscape or even a scene from life, I always make sure that my shutter lets in light. This light thanks to which a scene is possible, but above all authentic. Most photographers will tell you that light is the basis of photography and it is true, but I want to walk further and believe that "the art of photography" is that of writing light when the moment is right. You are offered to capture a moment a situation a fixed movement or a whole story in a fraction of a second. What would existence be without this light which prompts one to dream, which gives hope, which, if we search with the eyes of the heart, reveals something else sometimes so subtly hidden, how to survive without this light which is and which gives life.

Parfois il est necéssaire de regarder une situation, un objet ou une personne sous un angle de vue différent pour bien comprendre ce qu’elle (il) veut dire, représente, ou tout simplement découvrir sa beauté. C’est pour cela que cette photo m’a bouleversé lorsque que je l’ai prise. Ce jeune garçon qui monte sur ce mur à plus de 2 mètres de haut afin d’observer ce Graff sous un autre angle, et ainsi découvrir ses formes et textures, ses couleurs, son ensemble et pourquoi pas sa face cachée. Pour moi elle a beaucoup de sens cette image, et peut être que je l’ai pas encore découvert sous tous ses angles.
