Michaela’s interest in fine art photography started as a young child when she watched her father take night time photographs of famous buildings and street scenes with an Exa film camera. The effects of lighting and exposure times yielded stunning photographs. The technical aspects of handling a camera and the overall creative process of photography intrigued Michaela at this young age. Today, Michaela’s passion lies in landscape and fine art photography. Her creative eye sees beauty in the smallest of details and simplest of objects and she uses her camera to bring them to life. Most recently, Michaela has been collecting beautiful crystals and using macro photography techniques to capture their inherent natural beauty. Expertly printed on the highest quality paper and finished under museum quality acrylic, Michaela turns her crystal photographs into amazing pieces of art that look and feel luxurious. All her work is limited edition and includes a certificate of authenticity. Michaela personally owns the crystals used in her photography. After 10+ years of vacationing on Florida’s Emerald Coast, Michaela now wholeheartedly calls Santa Rosa Beach and 30A home.
