Marc is an award-winning contemporary, mixed media, and fine-art artist with an art studio in Greenwich, CT. He works with clients and interior decorators to create custom wall art and pieces that will complement the space. His commercial clients include Verisign, The Furguson Library, Greenwich Hospital, and Priceline Group. Marc's work is represented in residences and work spaces both internationally and throughout Connecticut and New York. Marc likes to think of his commission process as fun, collaborative, and part of the journey to create something unique.

ABOUT THIS ARTWORK: MAGIC.LAKE
Magic Lake is a bnw photograph consisting of two images. One of a 60-foot dock extended into an early morning fog. By itself, it was just a pretty picture that gained mysterious luminosity when rotated 90 degrees. At first glançe, the visual looked like a Rorschach watercolor. But still didn't feel complete. A second image was superimposed over the first, and something visually interesting started to happen. Using black and white further softens the mind's eye, trying to translate the image conceptually. The combined result gains a reflective symmetry yet abstract, open to interpretation. The monochromatic tones of black & white further soften an already ethereal visual. Thus relaxing the viewer and drawing them in. The photograph has won several awards in the annual Black & White exhibition hosted by The Art Room /Brooklyn, NY. (Second place) Finalist for 2021 annual ASMP notable photography of the year. Grey Cube Gallery London, England's annual black and whites award show.
