My name is Claude Riou. I am born in North of Brittany, at the sea-side, in France. I started to be interested in photography when I was a teenager, and for 30 years now, I always have some cameras with me. I took the chance to do a job which allow me to travel around the world, and to see the Earth from different angles. I like to make pictures instinctively, from what my eyes see, and what my mind want to share. I always try to share the emotions I feel when I do pictures; landscapes, portraits, animals, lights, abstracts, all is good to be shared. After more than 25 years to use old argentic and manual reflex, and 15 years with only a 50 mm lens, I started recently the digital reflex, and added also few lenses I like mostly to make photos from animals, birds, landscape, and most of all, I want to fix the movements and share it. I hope to be able to still take profit of what the World has to show us, 'and to share with you what I see, what what is my perception of what I see. If you like my work, do not hesitate to share link with your friends, and if one of the pictures is of your interest, maybe will you get it and put on one of your walls.
