This artwork is mixed media, blending pencil drawing, watercolors, craft materials, and digital art. My 7-year-old niece inspired the theme of this artwork. I took her to see Santa Claus, and afterwards I asked her what she had asked for Christmas, and her response was: "a painting of myself doing a ballerina twirl with the sun, the moon, stars, and clouds, day and night." So, I got to work, creating this artwork based on her vision. Fingers crossed she loves it! <3
