Millsaps brings to life the elegance and grace of women from colonial times with her stunning portrayal of that era. During the Colonial Era and the Revolutionary War era, women played vital roles that extended beyond the domestic sphere. While they maintained the refinement and poise expected of them, many also took on new responsibilities, managing households and even businesses in the absence of men. Their fashion reflected both their status and the social expectations of the time, with gowns that balanced modesty and sophistication. Through Millsaps' reenactment, the dignified yet resilient spirit of these women is vividly embodied, offering a window into the past where elegance met quiet strength.
