Photography, to me, is capturing people, places and moments that move us in some way. A picture can provoke emotions, act on physical senses and awaken memories. This gallery is a collection of nature scenes and landscape imagery, as seen through my lens. The pictures encompass the intensity of the seacoast, the sky art of clouds and sunsets, the shapes and facets of flowers and trees, the moody contrast of black and white. When out on a photo jaunt, I might seek vibrant colours that feel happy and cheerful, or soft shades that are cozy and calm, or the sincerity of a favourite location.
