Reyda Ait Bougoulla est née le 31 juillet 1978 dans la clinique du célèbre médecin « Dayab » à Agadir au bord de l'océan Atlantique. En raison de ses obligations professionnelles, son père a enregistré la naissance de Reyda Ait Bougoulla dans le village côtier de Tamri, à 39 km d'Agadir. Mais Reyda Ait Bougoulla est contraint en 1982 de grandir à Ouled Teima, toujours au gré des déménagements de ses parents: 1- le père Khalifa Ait Bougoulla des alentours agricoles de la ville de Marrakech, Khalifa Ait Bougoulla était Chef de Service à Tamri (Agadir) puis et pour des raisons inconnues il sera Adjoint Téchnique de l'Administration des Eaux et Forêts à Ouled Teima. 2- La mère Latifa Kassid de Sefrou ancienne ville partie administrative de la ville de Fes, Latifa Kassid était Institutrice Professeur à Ouled Teima selon les traditions du mariage. Par la suite Reyda Ait Bougoulla il aura une vie scolaire brillante et une vie heureuse entre des livres des quatre coins du monde, des magazines comme "Science et Avenir", "Science et Vie" (Science Et Vie), "La Recherche" et des encyclopédies renommées comme la célèbre encyclopédie britannique internationale "The Knowledge" qui a changé sa vie Reyda Ait Bougoulla, ainsi que "L'Encyclopédie Moderne" (The Modern Encyclopedia). Malheureusement, Reyda Ait Bougoulla a eu en 1997, en dernière année du Baccalauréat Scientifique mathématiques, des problèmes inconnus de mémoire. Cela l'oblige à quitter définitivement le lycée et à réussir l'examen du Baccalauréat Littéraire Libre, mais ses notes ne lui permettent pas grand-chose. En 2001, il s'inscrit à l'université « Ibn Zohr » d'Agadir dans la filière littérature française, mais en raison de ses problèmes financiers, Reyda Ait Bougoulla est une nouvelle fois contraint de quitter l'université après avoir été disqualifié dès sa première année faute de présence et d'assiduité. La presse disait des choses horribles sur la corruption au sein de l'université «Ibn Zohr»! À Agadir, n'ayant plus d'argent, les amis de Reyda Ait Bougoulla l'ont abandonné, alors Reyda Ait Bougoulla décide en 2003 de retourner à Ouled Teima sa ville d'enfance et de vivre avec son père Khalifa Ait Bougoulla dans le magnifique Centre de Développement Forestier près de la zone forestière de "Bouhamara". C'est la fin de l'histoire. Depuis 2004 et jusqu'en 2009, Reyda Ait Bougoulla a passé des journées inoubliables dans la nature, en forêt. Il apprend à contempler les vieux arbres qui l'entourent tout en étant réfléchi et attiré par la découverte de la vie et de l'origine de l'existence. Reyda Ait Bougoulla il était un secrétaire avisé en raison de sa nature d'éditeur talentueux, d'écologiste solitaire et de penseur captivé par la science-fiction et le fantastique. Il a passé des années à constater tristement la disparition de la forêt dans le magnifique espace naturel de la forêt de « Bouhmara » à Ouled Teima, parfois appelée ville d'Ouled Teima. Tout s'est arrêté en 2011, lorsque nous avons déménagé dans le quartier de Chrarda après avoir été témoins de la fin définitive de la forêt d'Arganiers de "Bouhmara". Malheureusement! Reyda Ait Bougoulla s'est rendu compte qu'avec le temps il avait pris du poids, qu'il avait vieilli de 38 ans, qu'il avait été trahi par le destin et qu'il était presque sans ressources dans une petite ville cruelle comme Ouled Teima. Aujourd'hui ville d'Ouled Teima ou ville d'Oulad Teima. Actuellement, Reyda Ait Bougoulla tente d'enrichir son intellect. Il se prépare fréquemment au métier d'entrepreneur. Il est peintre, écrivain, poète, photographe, philosophe, traducteur expert et informaticien. Son souhait est de réussir à découvrir l'origine de l'univers.
