What's the story behind “Tranquility”? The Republic of Korea is the perfect environment to commence my transformative infrared photography journey. The Cheonggyecheon Stream is an 11 km long natural spring that flows into the Jungnangcheon River in the heart of Seoul. The stream has become a popular place to visit for Seoulites and tourists. I felt a sense of tranquility, on the day that I had visited the Cheonggyecheon Stream, as I watched this waterfall and listened to its sound. Gone, were the sounds emanating from the Seoul, if only momentarily, until I took this photograph.
