Recommendations

This wall mural was designed for indoor use and is not recommended for outdoor use.

The wall mural can be installed on a wide variety of smooth surfaces such as gypsum boards, wood, glass, metal and some plastics panels. However, it does not stick well to textured surfaces. Do not use on too textured paint, concrete or brick. Perform a test on a small area before proceeding with the installation.

The installation surface must be clean, smooth, dry, in good condition and free of moisture, grease and stains.

Remove the peeling paint or old wall coverings prior to installation.

Preparation

Use a damp cloth to clean dirt or dust from the surface, and let dry completely before installation. Do not use any chemical products.

Manipulate the mural with caution in order to avoid creating creases or scratches on the printed surface.

Remove all panels from the package. Check the number, order and direction and lay them down on the floor in the room a few hours prior to installation.

Check that the sizes of the wall mural correspond to the height and width of the surface to be covered. Do not cut off the excess non-print on top and at the bottom of the panels as this will help to reduce the handling of the adhesive. WARNING: Most floors and ceilings do not form a perfect right angle to the wall; take into account before measuring.

Determine the starting panel. For small surfaces, you can proceed from right to left or left to right. However, if the surface is very high (10 feet or more), it is recommended to start with the center panel.

Using a level, draw a vertical line with a lead pencil. This line will guide the installation of the first panel.
