I am passionate about landscape photography. Very simply, I create photographic images of "what I see with my 'minds eye'”. Whether it is reflections in water, weathered wood, crystals of ice, natural shapes, patterns, or objects in ‘transition’, I try to capture both natural and a few man made things that often go unnoticed. I am particularly drawn to images that exist for only a fleeting moment. Photography for me is an opportunity to explore, visualize, and represent an impression of the real world. A key objective is to challenge the viewer to look inside the image and visualize what moved me to press the shutter.
