The word photograph was coined in 1839 by Sir John Herschel and is based on the Greek word ‘phos’, meaning ‘light’, and ‘graphê’, meaning ‘drawing’ – so ‘drawing with light. I live in Colorado close to Aspen and love photography . I started oil painting at the age of 8 my father and Grandmother were Artists I make Arrowheads, Metal Art, Architecture and Photography.
