I’m Carlos Dominique, a photographer whose passion for imagery began at the age of 9, when my father gifted me a Werlisa Color camera. Thanks to his small photography studio, I learned to develop photos early on, which ignited my fascination with capturing moments. Although I’ve worked in other fields for many years, I’ve always stayed connected to the world of images. With the rise of digital photography, I embraced personal and detail-focused photography once again.
Currently, I try to travel as much as possible, always searching for new details to bring into my images. My focus is on capturing landscapes, places, and travel scenes, with a keen eye for those unexpected elements that transform the familiar into something surprising. I aim for my photographs to invite a second glance, revealing something beyond the obvious in each frame.
In addition to landscape and travel photography, I also explore conceptual and macro photography, where the smallest details can take on new life and meaning.
