I was born and grew up in a cultural environment influenced by art rooted in the religious practice. Calligraphy art can be found easily, not only on book sheets but also on banners, posters at every cultural event, and on the walls of places of worship and houses.
The environment has taught me—and many people around me—how to appreciate the art of calligraphy and create it. So far, I have drawn my creative ideas through eva foam media on canvas using spray paint. However, nowadays I mostly design calligraphy works digitally. The Kufic style is one of the fun styles. I try to maintain the authenticity of each of my works.
