Comment ça marche

Pictorem talks to your Squarespace store through the Squarespace Commerce API. Connect it once, choose the artwork, print types and sizes you want to sell, set your prices, and the products are created on your store page with their images and options ready to buy.

Paid orders are imported for production automatically. We print, pack under your brand and ship directly to your customer, then mark the Squarespace order fulfilled with the tracking number so your buyer gets the shipping notification from your own site.

A direct API connection to your store — no embedded widget, no code block to paste into a page, and nothing for you to keep in sync by hand.

Native Squarespace products

Your prints are created on your store page as normal products, with print type and size as product options, so they use your existing design, cart and checkout.

Your retail pricing, your currency

Set a price per print type and size. Products are published in the currency your store sells in, and you keep the margin between your price and the PRO price.

Paid orders flow to production

We import each paid, unfulfilled order with the buyer address and the matched product, so nothing has to be forwarded, retyped or copied by hand.

Fulfillment recorded on Squarespace

When the parcel ships we mark the order fulfilled and attach the carrier and tracking number, so your customer is notified by your own store.

White label as standard

Every parcel carries your logo on the packing slip and label. No invoice, no mention of Pictorem.

Questions fréquemment posées

Which Squarespace plan do I need?

Connecting with the Pictorem extension works on any Squarespace plan. If you would rather paste in your own developer API key, Squarespace only grants that key access to orders on the Commerce Advanced plan.

Do I need to redesign my site?

No. We create standard Squarespace products on your existing store page, so they appear in your shop with your current design and checkout.

Can I sell only a few sizes?

Yes. You choose exactly which print types and which sizes to publish. Start with a short range and add more whenever you like.

What happens to products already published if I disconnect?

They stay on your Squarespace store until you delete them, but no further orders are imported and no tracking is posted back.

Can I still upload an order file instead?

Yes. The CSV, Excel and XML order importer is still there for anything the connection does not cover — a marketplace export, or a spreadsheet you keep yourself.
