I am a Finnish horse artist, and my life has always been deeply connected to horses, both as a lived experience and as an artistic language. For over 20 years, I have worked professionally as an equine artist, supporting my life through horse-inspired fine art paintings and prints. My work is rooted in a long-standing relationship with horses and a deep sensitivity toward their presence. In my art, the horse often appears as a symbol of a meaningful and grounded life—one shaped by strength, softness, instinct, and emotional depth. Horses carry a rare combination of power and vulnerability, and this balance has become the central theme of my artistic work. I am especially drawn to the emotional and spiritual presence of horses—the way they communicate without words, and how they reflect something essential about life itself. My paintings are not only representations of horses, but also explorations of connection, freedom, trust, and inner stillness. My work is often described as emotional horse art, equine fine art, and symbolic horse painting.
