There’s a moment that changes everything, not a scream, not a fight, but a breath. The kind that comes after years of holding it in. She’s caught right there, between what was taken from her and what she’s about to claim back. The red in her collar burns with memory, of every time she was told to soften, to shrink, to wait her turn. The yellow that floods her skin glows like reclamation, not of innocence but of power. This isn’t about starting over; it’s about starting true. She isn’t angry anymore, though she has every reason to be. Anger got her here, but it’s not what keeps her standing.
