Art has been my constant companion since childhood, shaping the way I perceive and experience the world. After high school, I attended college, where I studied and participated in creative arts of singing and drama. I left Dallas, Texas and moved to Missouri to a city that has more lakes, rivers and nature. I ventured and fell in love with the captivating world of macro and nature photography. Behind the lens, I learned to notice what often goes unseen: the delicate architecture of a butterfly's wing, the geometric perfection of a dewdrop, and the hidden beauty that exists just beyond everyday perception.
The 2020 pandemic became an unexpected turning point. With the world confined indoors, I immersed myself in new artistic medium Dutch pour painting, detailed illustration with Copic markers, digital manipulations in Photoshop, and even spray paint art. My family's garage became a creative sanctuary, a space where I could experiment and express freely during those uncertain times.
It was in this season of exploration that I discovered AI art through platforms like MidJourney and DALL·E. My years of macro photography had trained my eye for nuance, composition, and detail skills that translated seamlessly into crafting intricate, evocative prompts for AI-generated imagery. Just as the camera once revealed extraordinary patterns in the natural world, AI became a new lens through which I could capture wonder, imagination, and unexpected beauty.
Today, I blend artistic intuition with emerging technology to create pieces that invite viewers to see the world with fresh eyes. Whether through photography, painting, or AI-generated art, my work aims to uncover beauty in places often overlooked. Beyond my personal creations, I also serve as a camera technician and video engineer on my church's live production team, where I continue to merge creativity with technical precision.
