I have always loved wind spinners or windcatchers especially in copper. I bet I am not the only one. There is something fascinating about them. Recently I ordered one for my myself. They are unique art pieces meant to catch the wind outdoors, a form of garden art that moves with the wind. This one above is from a photograph I took a few years ago in Kennebunkport, Maine. It is a double-helix architectural design on a pastel background I made in soft colors of ,mostly mint green, yellow, some light blue and a bit of pink thrown in. Next best thing to owning one is to have art as one.
