I was born in New York City. I was given a Kodak X-15 for my tenth birthday and have been in love with photography ever since. We moved to the Chicago area in 1972. I graduated from New Trier East High School, where I became a member of the in-house television station and helped with on-air operations and creating documentaries. I continued my education at Columbia College Chicago, studying film and art, working on many student films, and creating drawings. In 1991, I joined as a volunteer at The Chicago Public Access Corporation, working on many different types of shows. I produce and direct talk shows, documentaries, entertainment shows, and music videos. I enjoy taking photographs of unusual shapes, abstract shapes, beautiful vistas, and up-close textures. I travel the country to find beauty in the things people overlook. I am always on the hunt for new things to capture with you in mind. " I Have A Sharp Eye."
