A love of photography has been a part of me my entire life. At the age of ten I knew I wanted a career behind the camera in the film industry after being captured by the impact of movies. My dream came true and today I'm celebrating 40 successful years behind the camera. I have contributed to hundreds of shows ranging from feature films, three of which won Academy Awards, television series and numerous commercials. In 2022 I had the honor of being nominated for an Emmy.
I began my film education at UCLA in 1980 before moving on to the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California. It was one of the best experiences of my life as I advanced from the basics of film and photography to the more intricate details of the art. After being on the honor roll nine times, I graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Cinematography while also working in Hollywood as a camera professional. Now my nature/ landscape gallery is my means to unwind, relax and escape. The images in this photo gallery rejoice in the beauty of this world. Meanwhile for my golf friends I have begun to move my golf landscape photo's from my Golfscapes website to my Pictorem Photo Gallery, which offers my friend a wider array of printing options.
