Daniel Henshaw is a Canadian photographer and camera operator with a career spanning more than three decades in film and visual media. His work has taken him across a range of environments, from structured productions to independent travel and observational photography.
Alongside his film work, he has maintained a consistent photographic practice focused on timing, composition, and the use of available light. His images are grounded in direct observation rather than constructed narrative, with an emphasis on clarity and restraint.
He is currently based in Vancouver and continues to produce and release selected works from his archive, as well as new material where circumstances allow.
