Mandala in Sanskrit means "Circle". Mandala symbolises wholeness, unity and harmony. Mandalas have been used all around the world by different ancient cultures and religions for spiritual realisation as well as personal growth.
Carl Jung, the Swiss psychiatrist, believed Mandala's symbolic of the inner process by which individuals grow toward fulfilling their potential for wholeness. Mandala triggers something within us, in which we recognise our self and our place in the cosmos.
When meditating with Mandala, one will feel centered and connected to the universe.
