Kara got her first camera as a high school graduation gift to herself and has spent the past three decades doing event and sport photography. Recently she turned her passions to landscapes and travel and has found a renewed passion for going outside to photograph nature. Her goal is to capture the feeling of the moment through her work by focusing on dark and light values to create texture, depth, and shadow.
