    We process all our images at 150 dpi (PPI) Don't enlarge your image, we will take care of it. We do suggest you send sRGB, the highest quality JPG format.

    We are using eco-solvent ink, even if we don't guarantee for outdoor usage you can gently clean your mural it with a water based solution. It's also resistant to scratch and fingerprints.

    We are using Pigment based Eco-Solvent 4pl 9 colors ink ( C, M, Y, K, Lc, Lm, Lk, Or, Rd ) Nickel-free and a low odour UltraChrome GS3

    Just got my 36x24 canvas roll print and WOW, it looks beautiful. Fast turnaround time. Quality was terrific. My only complaint is the shipping with UPS, those guys don't care about anything but closing tickets. They just leave stuff on my front door step rain or shine, ready to be stolen. Still very happy with the work Pictorem did for me and would recommend them. Love that there is a location in Canada and in the USA so no custom charges.
