We process all our images at 300 dpi (PPI) Don't enlarge your image, we will take care of it. We do suggest you send sRGB, the highest quality JPG format. More information is available in our Image preparation guidelines
I ordered a panoramic print for a birthday gift. We had some issues. I reached out to them and even though I haven't seen it yet, their customer service is outstanding! THe website is extremely easy to navigate, walks you through all the options and the entire process.
