Alison Newth is a local artist, living in beautiful Fort St. John, which is located in northeastern British Columbia, Canada. This area is know for its stunning sunsets, striking northern lights, long summer days and cold winter nights.
Alison usually works in acrylics, painting local landscapes and wildlife; however, she recently started experimenting with oils. Her favourite subject is the Peace River valley, which is at risk due to the controversial construction of the Site C dam.
