Hi! I'm Jackie Grace. And my passion in art leads to a variety of subjects, and techniques. I tend to get bored easily. My mind wanders and has been on a journey for many years. When I was young art was everything to me. But my family had other ideas. I became a Master Floral Designer in NJ. Since the age of 7, I was being groomed for competitions. At age 10, I won first place in FTD competition. There was much fuss I was too young, however my coach/teacher was a judge who happened to have won World Cup 7 times. So I am still holding the honor of being the youngest master designer ever. I had a lot on my plate at a young age, caring for sick Mother, working father, aged grandmother & 3 brothers. School, working in flower shop...My heart was still in art, wanting to run from the chaos around me and just create. However, Master Floral Designer brought the bacon home. After more than 50 years in the business, forced to retire for health issues, I was finally able to get into my dream of establishing my artistic abilities elsewhere. So another angel entered into my life. A brilliant illustrator who took me under his wings and made me fly. I have been living my dream ever since. I would say about 15 years now. My life would change if I could create an income from my art now. I hope you like my work.
