It is unusual to see two American Flags flying over Fort McHenry in Baltimore, Maryland, the birthplace of our National Anthem, the Star Spangled Banner. The smaller flag belongs to a visitor to the fort, who either brought or bought a flag from the gift shop. A Ranger will gladly fly "your" flag over the fort and you will receive a certificate stating that it has flown over Fort McHenry. Patriotic and way cool.
