SUR CETTE OEUVRE: ORANGE OCTOBER MOON
A mesmerizing interplay of color and movement, this abstract painting draws the eye upward toward an October Moon suspended against a brooding, darkened sky. Below it, the composition dissolves into cascading waves of marbled texture, where ivory whites, oceanic blues, dusky pinks, deep purples, and smoldering reds bleed and twist into one another in fluid, hypnotic rhythms. The work evokes the feeling of standing at the edge of a surreal, dreamlike horizon — somewhere between a turbulent seascape and a melting sunset or moonrise. There is a raw kinetic energy to the piece; the swirling forms seem to churn with their own momentum, as if caught mid-motion. Rather than depicting a scene, the painting becomes one — a landscape of pure emotion, sensation, and color.
