This is Geigers Covered Bridge. Located in North Whitehall Township of Pennsylvanias Lehigh County. Geigers Bridge is a burr truss bridge built in 1860. Its situated in the Trexler Nature Preserve and allows pedestrian and cars to cross Jordan Creek. This shot was made with a 16mm lens to capture the full 112 foot span. Early Spring storm clouds have been harassing the area all week. This day brought some brief showers but nothing that would frighten away the many park visitors on this afternoon.
